WINDOWS...We are frequently asked how often people have their windows cleaned. We designed our neighborhood program based on the fact that outside windows rarely stay clean longer than 6-7 months. Inside windows on the other hand, can be cleaned as seldom as once each year.

Our Customers fall into one of three categories. There are those who wish to have everything done ( Interior, Exterior windows, Fans, Chandeliers and anything else they can find ). There is a second group that will have us clean only the exterior, and the 3rd and probably the largest group, will have us clean all of the Exterior windows and will request us to clean 1 or 2 "hard to reach" inside windows or perhaps the Chandelier or Fans. Important Notes: Size of the window generally does not matter.
In cases where the window is unusually large you would be informed prior to cleaning of the exact cost, usually 2 windows instead of 1.

NO CHARGE …When you request the cleaning of all of your exterior windows, we will clean the sidelights around the front door and the glass in the overhead garage door at no charge. The same policy will hold true for the interior of those windows as well.

If you are a new customer you can use the examples below to count your windows before you call. There are NO hidden charges and NO "add ons". Our service people will gladly recount your home upon arrival and prior to service.

We have found through the years that most homes, regardless of style or design, have 1 window for every 100 square feet (excluding the basement as it does not have all 4 walls exposed).
If you have 3500 square feet, you probably have 35 windows...and then add the windows and glass doors that you may have in the basement!

All Interior windows are cleaned with a gentle commercial cleaner designed for use with solar film windows. They are hand cleaned and dried with a squeegee and towel.

Because screens trap dirt and promote mold and mildew we use a commercial window cleaning "soap" and specialized bruch to literally scrub down the glass, sills and woodwork. From there we simply rinse away the dirt. This is a time tested method and our re-service call backs are a fraction of those who try and squegee exterior house windows.

At the end of the job the service person will inspect the windows with you prior to leaving -and if you discover even 1 streak after we leave, we encourage you to call immediately so we can schedule a time to come back

When counting your windows, the up and down part together make 1 window. Windows that are side by side still count as 2 windows, and a "Bay" window will typically count as 3 windows. "Arches" are counted as part of the window if only over 1 regular window, but counted as a separate window if stretching over 2 windows or more.
In cases where a window "unit" is exceptionally large as in a great room, you will be informed of the exact cost prior to service. Click here for other examples and photos of typical windows.

Chandeliers - Fans... Chandeliers are cleaned both inside and out. We strongly suggest that you purchase 25-40 watt bulbs prior to service and we will be happy to change them when cleaning.
Chandeliers and light fixtures otherthan those shown below can be priced by the service person when they arrive. Chandelier prices are based on IF and to what degree they must be taken apart in order to clean.
